All applications for new membership are presented to the committee on the 2nd Thursday of each month for approval.  All applicants are informed of the committee's decision [by post] within 3 days.

Successful applications are invited to attend the next Branch Meeting, held the following Thursday [3rd Thursday of the month] for formal introduction into the Association.
